The hotel had a mixed experience for us. The rooms were a bit cold even with the radiator on, and the noise from neighbors disrupted our sleep early in the morning. However, the staff were polite and helpful during our stay. On the downside, the room smelt musty, and there were no honey sachets for the continental breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and the Botanical Gardens we were visiting. However, it is noisy outside, and there were no sachets of honey for the continental breakfast.

The dining experience had a good hot breakfast buffet option, but there were no honey sachets for the continental breakfast. The cooked English breakfast was satisfactory, offering plenty of cereals and croissants but disappointing with the missing honey sachets.

5.4/10
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite disappointing, dark, and not as pictured, with maintenance issues like broken mirrors and crayon on the walls. On the bright side, the location was convenient for my trip to the cricket ground, and the service, although slow, was somewhat friendly. The dining was a letdown with subpar food quality, but the amenities and facilities were decent for the price.

5.4/10
My one-night stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious for three people but freezing cold throughout the night. Unfortunately, the room was in a terrible state with filthy carpets full of hairs and ashes, a horrible bath with yellow water, a strong ashtray smell, and a window that wouldn't open. I was relieved it was just for one night.

Despite being overrun, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a funny teeth waitress on duty on November 15, 2014.

Dining

The dining experience was inconsistent with lukewarm food and no fixed standard. The hamburgers were disappointing.
